Playoff Eligibility Rules

 

All league and age division specific rules apply to playoff games. Additionally, the following rule was agreed upom at the managers' meeting on 12/4/2024.

 

All players participating in playoff games must have played in at least three regular season games to be eligible to play in any playoff game. In order to be able to verify that any given player has participated in at least three regular season games, each manager of a playoff team, must have their current season scorebook available, to verify that the challenged player has met the eligibility rule. If the manager of the challenged player does not have their scorebook for the season, or cannot prove that the challenged player has participated in at least three regular season games, than the challenged player become immediately ineligible to participate in that playoff game. If the player is not removed from the game, the team he is playing for shall forfeit that particular game.

Upon presenting adequate evidence of participating in at least three games, the player who had been disqualified from playing, may return to play, in that current game, or future current season playoff games.

 

Roster modifications will only be allowed through and including the fourth game of the current season. After that game has been played, no roster additions will be made. Injured or inactive players may be removed from the roster, in order to have an accurate roster, but no new players may be added after the fourth game of the current season.
